I left my Sim alone for like fifteen minutes and he was about to pee himself.

well if you go into the shop menu and leave it it acts like a pause

I actually tried that once and it didn’t help any.

It’s weird cuz I’ll get on and I’ll be half dead, and then later I’ll get on again and I’ll be totally fine.

I guess Sims are only occasionally self sufficient.
